From first setup to useful customer conversations.
Use this guide to prepare your assistant, test its answers and connect a channel when your team is ready.
Create a free account →Create your workspace
Register with your name, work email, business name and sector. Registration does not ask for payment details. When a free setup offer is available, your workspace opens immediately after registration.
Create a free account →Add approved business facts
In AI & knowledge, enter your services, opening hours, prices you are willing to share, booking policy and frequently asked questions. Add Conversation guidance for your preferred tone, sales approach and handover cues.
Open AI & knowledge →Test your assistant
Send questions as a customer would. A free workspace includes eight test messages per business each UTC month; an active paid offer includes 40. Test messages do not create leads, contact customers or book appointments. Resetting the chat does not restore used messages.
Open assistant test →Connect only the channels you need
On the free plan, connect business-owned WhatsApp, Instagram or email accounts, or enable website chat on your approved domain. Incoming messages appear in your inbox; your team can send up to 300 replies each UTC month. After the limit, incoming messages still arrive but team replies pause until the next month or an upgrade. Meta production messaging depends on the relevant Meta app permissions and connected business account.
Open channel settings →Review conversations and improve the next answer.
The inbox shows the question and lead context your team needs. Staff can take over when a question needs judgement, a booking needs confirmation or the assistant lacks an approved fact. Review unclear answers and update the business knowledge instead of adding unsupported claims.
Website chat
In Quick start, add the exact HTTPS origin for your site, then copy the generated widget script. The public site key belongs in the snippet; a private REST API key does not. A separate copy button prepares installation instructions for your website developer or AI assistant.
Read the website chat guide →CRM and booking tools
Use the REST API for server-side enquiries and booking imports. Signed webhooks can send limited lead and appointment events to your own HTTPS endpoint or automation tool. Keep secrets on your server and confirm capacity before promising a time.
Read the API reference →Safety and spam
Very obvious junk is blocked before an AI call, and enabled risk screening checks other inbound messages before replying. Business-specific guidance cannot override protected safety rules or approve a service the business has not documented.
